By enrolling in any course offered by Start Turing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Refund and Privacy Policies.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment
• Course access is non-transferable
• Access details will be shared via official communication channels

3. Course Delivery

• Courses are delivered through live online sessions unless stated otherwise
• Schedules may be adjusted with prior notice
• Course content may be updated to maintain relevance

4. Student Responsibilities

• Attend sessions regularly
• Complete assignments and projects
• Maintain respectful behavior
• Do not share course materials with others

Violation of these responsibilities may result in restricted access or removal without refund.

5. Fees & Payments

• Fees must be paid in full or through an approved installment plan
• Installments must be paid on time
• Failure to pay installments may result in access restriction

6. Refunds & Discontinuation

Refunds are governed strictly by the Start Turing Refund Policy. Discontinuation due to personal reasons does not qualify for a refund.

7. Missed Classes & Recordings

• Attendance is the student’s responsibility
• Recordings, if provided, are for revision only
• Missed classes do not qualify for refunds

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued only upon successful course completion and do not guarantee employment.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content and materials are the intellectual property of Start Turing. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

10. Communication Consent

By enrolling, you consent to receive course-related communication via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

11. Limitation of Liability

Start Turing is not responsible for internet, device, or third-party service issues on the student’s side.

12. Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when necessary.

13. Governing Authority

All matters are subject to the applicable jurisdiction in India.
